For free accounts, recordings and associated transcriptions will be automatically deleted after 180 days from the date of creation. Users are responsible for downloading or backing up any content they wish to retain beyond this period.

We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
You must provide accurate and complete billing information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.
