How does VocalBrief process my recordings?
VocalBrief uses advanced AI to transcribe and analyze your recordings, quickly delivering summaries and insights.
What file formats are supported?
We support various audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, AVI, and MOV.
Is my data secure with VocalBrief?
Yes, we prioritize your security by encrypting data at rest and in transit and storing it securely on our servers.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan through your account settings whenever needed.
Is there a mobile app?
No, you can use all of the functions from a browser, or install a PWA (progressive web app) on PC, Android, or iOS devices.
How long are my recordings stored?
For free accounts, recordings and associated data are automatically deleted after 180 days. Additionally, free accounts that remain inactive (no login) for 180 days may be deleted. Paid plans offer extended data retention periods.
